Vojin Golubovic is an economist who started his professional engagement at the Institute for Strategic Studies and Prognoses (ISSP) in 2006. Currently, he holds the position of senior researcher at this institute. Since 2008, he works as an associate at the Faculty for International Economy Finance and Business at the University Donja Gorica (UDG). He has valuable experience in economic analysis, demographics, migration, etc. He is the author or co-author of numerous publications and national reports related to economic policies, that promote economic freedoms (covering areas such as human development, labor market, etc.) Mr. Golubovic is a member of national and international inter-disciplinary research teams and networks, a member of the Union of Economists and Managers of Montenegro; a Member of the Working Group for preparing negotiations for Montenegro’s accession to the EU (Chapter 18: Statistics); Member of the National Council for Competitiveness. He is currently Ph.D. candidate at the Faculty for International Economy Finance and Business, UDG / course: International Economy.
