Leen, Auke • Leen

Dr. Auke Leen is an assistant professor at Leiden University’s Faculty of Law, as well as a Fellow of Leiden Law School (E.M. Meijers Institute). He studied Economics and Philosophy at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and New York University. His 1999 thesis focused upon the role of the consumer in the Austrian School of economic thought. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Global Business and Technology Association, the Ludwig von Mises Institute – Europe, and the Association of Independent Entrepreneurs. He is an associate editor for the Archives of Economic History and Frontiers in Finance and Economics, and the regional editor of the Journal Global Business and Technology.
