Valerio Lemma, full professor and lawyer, is Counsel at Dentons law firm and focuses on the regulation of financial services. After graduating at Luiss University twice (first in Economics, then in Law), there he got a Ph.D. in Project Financing. He is Full Professor of Law and Economics at Guglielmo Marconi University, holds a chair at Luiss, and sits on various boards of scientific journals, PhD and LLM programmes. FinTech Regulation (Palgrave Macmillan, 2020), his last monograph, has been getting increasing attention by a wide array of players in both academia and the financial industry.
