Marcin Matczak is an associate professor at the University of Warsaw and a partner in DZP, one of the largest Polish law firms. His academic interests cover legal theory and legal philosophy. His publications include articles and books on theories of legal interpretation, judicial reasoning, and judicial formalism, with a special focus on the application of the philosophy of language in legal philosophy.
