17 years ago Marko Musulin established DALE as a multiple client family offices. Today DALE advises and manages approx. EUR 1,5 billion, mostly for Austrian families. In 2009 the Oetker family, represented through its banking arm, Bankhaus Lampe, took a majority stake in DALE.
Marko Musulin graduated from the University of Vienna with a Doctorate in Law. In 1973, he joined Creditanstalt-Bankverein. In the late 70ies, he was seconded to the European Banking Company in London. In the early 80ies, he established Creditanstalt ́s US Operations, which he managed until 1988.
From 1988 to 1995 he was responsible for Creditanstalt ́s worldwide securities and investment banking operations, and finally became CEO of Creditanstalt Investment Bank, the largest investment banking operation in Central and Eastern Europe during his tenure. When Bank Austria took over Creditanstalt in 1997, Musulin founded DALE, which he runs today with his two partners Anton Fink and Josef Reiter.
