Karen Wendt is an investment banker and has shaped Eastern Europe strategy at prominent European institutions. She started her career at Deutsche Bank (Group Development Department). Most recently, she was Head of Extras-Financial Risk Management at Unicredit Group. She is a keynote speaker at A Speakers, serial entrepreneur, researcher, and editor of Sustainable Finance. She advises companies on digital transformation. She was named “Investment Banker” of the Year 2020 by Prestige Awards. She developed an enhanced rating system and was responsible for its implementation in two major banks. Her new book “The Fourth Industrial Revolution and its impacts on Ethics” has just been published by Springer-Palgrave-MacMillan.
